Just for ideas…
This is not me trying to show off our skills… This is a truck that had a reverse 4-link, bags directly over the axle and the customer wanted a better driving truck without killing the bank. The deal with this system is that we were forced to keep the fuel cell in its stock position because he already had the bed at the paint shop, so shaving the gas door was also not an option. I was forced to come up with a system that had proper link geometry, minimal lateral movement and use the convoluted bags properly all with relatively simple work.
This is a fist full of ideas for those of you trying to figure out how to make things work in your limited confines or budget… I hope it helps.
